Product Warranties


Ultimate Golf Seating provides this limited warranty described in this document specifically to you, the original, retail purchaser for private, normal use. Any product used for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to rental fleets, demonstrators, and other commercial uses shall be warranted for thirty (30) days after the original purchase date and does not apply to the expressed limited warranty. The original owner must register this product within thirty (30) days of original purchase date.

Your Ultimate Golf Seating warranty includes:
  • One (1) year warranty on the workmanship and seams from the original retail purchase date.
  • Three (3) year warranty on the vinyl material with ordinary use effective on the day of original retail purchase date.
  • One (1) year warranty on the foam material with ordinary use, effective on the day of original retail purchase date.
  • One (1) year warranty on the steel used to make your Ultimate Golf Seat.

This warranty specifically excludes failures caused by:
  • Improper installation
  • Failure of other component parts
  • The presence of amines in urethane foam cushioning
  • Abuse, as interpreted by the manufacturer, including misuse, unreasonable use, neglect, failure to observe proper maintenance and operating practices
  • Use of improper cleaning materials and/or procedures
  • Staining resulting from mildew growth on adjacent components
  • Staining resulting from contact with suntan lotion
  • Misuse from intended use of the seats
  • Cuts, punctures, scrapes on vinyl
  • Faulty or old golf car batteries that leak acid, thereby causing damage to the seats
  • Misuse of arms from sitting on them or the center console or using them in any other way than what is originally intended. Arms must be lifted in the upright position prior to entering or exiting the golf cart.

In the event of any defects, the original owner should promptly contact the retailer with proof of purchase for repairs to be made under the warranty. All repairs covered in the warranty will be completed free of charge and must be completed within a reasonable time period once received by Ultimate Golf Seating, and then returned to the original owner. If the product is more than one (1) year old, the original purchaser will be responsible for packaging and transportation charges to and from Ultimate Golf Seating’s factory in Elkhart, Ind. If the product is altered in any way, the warranty is null and void. This warranty is given only to the original retailer purchaser and applies as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty is not transferable.

Ultimate Golf Seating is not responsible for personal or bodily injury for anyone driving or riding in a golf cart. Ultimate Golf Seating is not responsible, nor liable, for consequential indirect or incidental damages from use of Ultimate Golf Seat(s).

The original owner is required to register his/her Ultimate Golf Seat(s) within thirty (30) days of delivery by mail or through an authorized Ultimate Golf Seating representative.

Ultimate Golf Seating makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.

Excessive deterioration caused by overexposure to the sun or weather as a result of improperly covering the seats may be excluded from this warranty.

Ultimate Golf Seats are intended for use on original manufactured golf carts only. Modified carts or modifications to the original Ultimate Golf Seats may be excluded from this warranty.
